Switch to a new ERP and WMS system (Odoo)

At De Sutter Naturally, we continue to invest in quality, efficiency, and smooth collaboration with our customers and suppliers. That is why, at the end of February (2026), we will be switching to a new ERP and WMS system: Odoo.

This important step is part of the ongoing professionalization of our organization and will enable us to further improve our order processing, inventory management, and logistics tracking in the long term.

Why a new system?

Our new ERP and WMS solution ensures that we can:

  • Process orders faster and more accurately
  • Monitor inventory management more efficiently
  • Improve logistics processes
  • Achieve better collaboration with customers and suppliers

A system transition of this magnitude is a major undertaking. That is why we are communicating transparently about the timing and impact for our customers.

What does this mean for you?

Temporary operational interruption

From Thursday, February 26, through Tuesday, March 3, 2026, we will be unavailable due to the system transition.

All incoming and outgoing orders must be processed by Wednesday afternoon, February 25, 2026, at the latest.

During the start-up phase in early March, the following may occur:

  • Orders may be processed slightly slower.
  • Deliveries may take longer temporarily.

We are doing everything we can to limit this impact, but we ask for your understanding in case of any delays.
