With this competence check, we assess the skills of our employees and identify areas where additional support or growth is possible. But we go beyond that. We offer language coaching, helping non-Dutch-speaking colleagues communicate more effectively at work. We also focus on workplace learning, giving new employees the opportunity to learn on the job and develop their skills.
Thanks to these efforts, we will soon receive the "Inclusive Entrepreneurship" certificate. This certification recognizes companies that actively create an inclusive and supportive work environment. It’s a great acknowledgment of our commitment to guiding, developing, and empowering our employees.
