Everyone at De Sutter Naturally played their part in this victory. From production to management, every link in our company is equally important. It is a victory we can all be proud of, and as Willy Naessens would say, “Chapeau” to all employees!

Ambition and innovation as a driving force
The award for SME of the Year not only recognizes our past achievements, but also confirms our continued ambition and growth plans. Innovation and sustainability are central to us, and the jury was impressed by how we continue to innovate and diversify as a family-owned company. We specialize in wooden horse fences, pasture gates, shelters and residential gates, but our business extends beyond that. We operate throughout Europe and even in the United States, and our business continues to grow. In early 2025, we will open a brand new office with a showroom and expanded storage space in Kampenhout, a further confirmation of our growth ambitions.
A family business with a vision of the future
Since De Sutter Naturally was founded in 1977, by Jeffrey's parents, the company has grown into a European market leader in its sector. “As an entrepreneur, I can have dreams and goals,” says Jeffrey, ”but without my team I am nothing. All of you are the intellectual capital of this company and responsible for the successes we have achieved together.”
The fact that we continue to innovate and diversify our offerings without forgetting our roots is what makes us strong. We are a family business with vision for the future, where sustainability and craftsmanship go hand in hand.
On to the national final
Our victory in Flemish Brabant and Brussels means that we will now advance to the national election of SME of the Year 2024, which will take place next month. The final will be held on November 26 during the UNIZO Topseminar in the Queen Elisabeth Hall in Antwerp, where we will compete against the other provincial winners.
We are going to do everything possible to bring this title to Kampenhout as well and further perpetuate our success. “We are determined to give our best,” says Jeffrey, ”and together with the team we look confidently to the future.”
